Daily Exercises for Your Neck & Shoulders
Hope everyone’s week has been off to a good start! Thanks so much to everyone who tuned in to yesterday’s session. If you were unable to attend, no worries--here are the two main exercises for the neck and shoulders that we performed.
If you every experience any stiffness or aches there, try these out. Easy to do while seated at your desk (although I recommend you stand up to do these to break the pattern of prolonged sitting)!
