Hi Postmates family! My name’s Clinton. I’m a physical therapist and the owner of PhysioStrength, a private physical therapy practice located in New York City. I’m really excited to begin this project with you all and helping with your health, wellness and fitness needs! On this main portal page you’ll find many resources at your disposal. There is a video library consisting of three main sections: Mobility, Strength and Fitness. These libraries consist of dozens of different exercises, movements and routines that address various important aspects of your physical health.
For example, say you’re feeling stiffness or discomfort in your neck—you might want to check out the Mobility section and scroll down to Spinal Mobility for some stretches that’ll help with that pain.
Or say you’re looking to break a sweat and to get a good workout in. Check out the Fitness section and scroll down to Strength Workouts for some fitness routines.
Not sure where to start? Check out these six daily stretches you can do at your desk, located in the “Fitness” section under “Mobility Routines!”
