Training Continues Got under the bar again last night after a short time off! Training beltless for a block definitely makes me feel more comfortable and familiar with bracing now that the belt is on again. Sets of 4 @ 315 followed by some beltless pause squats at 225 and technique work on bench. Was feeling a little beat up for a while but happy with the way the bar was moving and how the joints are feeling this morning.
