Mobility Flow Early morning movement! Had an approximate 30 min session but insufficient iPhone storage to record 😓 Focused a lot today on approaching the barrier of my tolerable comfort threshold with a goal of relieving dural tension (most of which is not shown). Intentional deep breathing, gentle oscillations and repeated neck flexion are effective strategies for me which help desensitize my body to uncomfortable positions.
