Sports-Specific Rehab: Reactive Lateral Agility View this post on Instagram A fun reactive lateral agility drill where one person tries to create distance from his partner while the other tries his best to close it. An excellent way to mimic some basketball-specific demands in a sports rehab setting by enabling certain defensive elements of the game (visual tracking, pattern recognition & appropriate response) while restricting others (single plane, non-contact, closed environment). As an individual gradually adapts, some restrictions can be removed while additional demands are imposed. WE OUT HERE TALKING BOUT PRACTICE _ Got put on skates in the first two seconds (uh, I wasn't ready...) and took the bait a couple other times towards the end by G. May delete this later 😤 Hoping to return the favor on the courts next week though!
