Pentagon Bar/Landmine Training View this post on Instagram Been having a lot of fun training clients with my new pentagon bar from @aunit_ltd which I discovered through the legend @benbrunotraining. I love the pivoting ball and socket handles which help make cleans and transitions between different positions easy on the wrists, elbows and shoulders. A great tool for people who wanna bang out complexes (where you link different compound movements together) but may not be able to throw around kettlebells and barbells yet.
