Running Rehab View this post on Instagram One of the things I love about running rehab is how even low-complexity drills can still be so vital to health and performance. There's so much low hanging fruit to be gathered from all the single leg exercises, which have myriad variations and progressions that all address some relevant aspect of gait: Stance leg stability, weight shifting, transverse plane pelvic control, swing leg hip control, the list goes on and on. Running is a sport where you're never standing on two feet at one time, so you better have damn good control of your body on one leg! Shoutout to @ZerenPT whose System of a Run course notes I still review from time to time to this day. _ #ClinicalAthlete A post shared by PhysioStrength (@physiostrengthnyc) on Aug 15, 2018 at 2:36am PDT 209 Likes, 7 Comments - PhysioStrength (@physiostrengthnyc) on Instagram: "One of the things I love about running rehab is how even low-complexity drills can still be so..."
