Barbell Brigade

This is really a beautiful gym. I always associated powerlifting gyms as no-frills, spartan, drab and unkempt but @barbellbrigade was anything but these. It was spacious, clean, bright, aesthetic, well-equipped and had a very welcoming front desk staff as well despite probably coming off a graveyard shift. I was fortunate to squeeze in a 6 am squat session and some hang cleans (they were bumping @lildickygram too--another ➕) before my flight back to NYC. Worth a visit if you're traveling from out of town--24/7 facilities like this are few and far in between. #dominatehumbly #barbellbrigade
