Creating a physical therapy blog has been something on the back burner of my mind for quite a while now. Over the course of time I hope that this can serve as a source of information on the topics of physical therapy, fitness training, sport rehabilitation and performance, strengthening and conditioning, and evidence-based medicine through both shared content I come across on the web as well as through original posts of mine. I hope that my experience as a clinician and contribution to the online rehabilitation and wellness community can help bring more awareness to physical therapy and move the profession forward. I also hope that these posts can help provide information to help readers manage their injuries (or better yet, prevent them) as well as to encourage critical thinking among PTs and others in the industry.
