Yesterday I successfully passed my @StrongFirst Level I Kettlebell Coach (SFG) recertification and skills test! In addition to being able to demonstrate swings, Turkish get-ups, double cleans, presses, double KB squats and snatches, SFGs must also be able to perform 100 snatches in 5 minutes with the appropriate kettlebell for their bodyweight (a 24 kg/52.8 lb kettlebell in my case). _ Kettlebells are one of my favorite tools for both training and rehab as I find them to be effective, applicable to many joints/movements and basically just really fun to swing around (provided you do so with sound technique). Proud to be a part of the StrongFirst community and to be able to teach people the skill of strength.
