PhysioStrength is offering a limited number of tiered monthly memberships through the end of 2020 that will include access to train at our SoHo studio as well as virtual or in-person physical therapy services by Dr. Jordan Seda, PT, DPT.
Train by yourself in our 500 square foot studio where you’ll have access to an Ohio Power Bar, kettlebells, dumbbells, a hex bar, a safety squat bar, benches, resistance bands, cardiovascular machines and more. Scheduling will be arranged so that you’ll be the only person in the studio during your entire training session.

The two hour isolated open gym drop-ins are available between 6 AM - 10 PM seven days a week.
Each time slot must be scheduled ahead of time via online scheduling system
No more than 1 session allowed in a given day
No more than 4 sessions allowed in a given week
Unused sessions do not roll over into the next month
Access to PhysioStrength will be made available via keycode, which will change every week
Members are expected to wipe down all equipment used after their session with provided cleaning materials
